Fishy Happenings

‘Ah, the perfect day for surfing, grey, cold, misty and a 99% chance of death!’ I say standing on a small patch of beach. I push my surfboard into the water and lie on it. I start paddling. I spot a sea otter ‘Hi ’says the sea otter. ‘WAIT WHAT!’

The Highland Cliffs

The jagged cliff stood half submerged in water. A figure stood on the top of the cliff as still as a statue; no, it couldn’t be him, could it?

The figure suddenly walks towards the edge and slips of the cliff and plummets, about to be engulfed in the water.

The Cliff Edge

The howling wind beating against the run down building. The fierce waves hitting against the sea wall. The angry spray slapping against my face. The splashes of the fierce water blinding my vision. The wet slippery rocks put me off balance.

The Cliff

A cliff. The water underneath.

A man on top, the howling wind whooshing the water on to the rocks. The man was struggling to stand.

Down below, I was hanging off the rocks. I could hear the rocks trembling. I was terrified.

The man above swooped down and saved me.

Howling wind. The sea beating against the cliff with such force the ground seems to shake. The horizontal rain whipping violently against my face. Through the wind, a blood curdling scream. I stumble over to the edge. A body hurtling down to death; its scream washed out by the wind.
