Observation is an essential part of our practice at Hope Cottage Nursery. An observation supports us to understand the individual needs of each child in our care.

Every child is unique, and through observing children, we are able to learn more about each child’s interests and unique qualities, and understand the individual needs of each child in our care. 

As a parent, you can log into your child’s Learning Journal profile at any time and comment and interact with their learning. You can also upload your own observations, or details of your child’s achievements outwith the nursery.
