We enjoyed a special Scots assembly on the Friday after Burns Night. Pupils from P1-7 celebrated Scots language, culture and arts together, sharing their learning with the rest of the school. This was an active and inclusive way for everyone to learn together.
Here is a video showing extracts from our P5/6 and P4 class singing performances:
Here are some pictures from across our other classes. P2 pictures are currently not available but will be added in due course.

P1 created their own haggises and also wrote a class poem about them!

P1-2 had great fun creating their own kilts!

P3 learned some Scots words in the context of different animals and created posters to share their learning.

P5 made silhouetted stags with a Highland backdrop.

P6 delivered a presentation featuring facts about Robert Burns. (Unfortunately we were not able to record this presentation).
