Good morning guys. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the ‘Thank You’ video in last week’s assembly and sent in your heart warming melting messages as part of your JGHS task. I would like to assure people that I saw all your submitted work even if yours wasn’t in the video. Thank you for your kind words and remember it’s not too late to submit something, if you wish.
Therefore, it is with sadness I write this post during the last week of your Primary 7. However, this sadness quickly changes to happiness when I think about all the experiences we have shared during your time here at Preston Street Primary. In fact, I’m going to go off on a tangent (you’ll be used to this now) and say I’m beaming from ear to ear thinking about all the fun and laughter we’ve had. So, I want you to do the same, hence why I am going to start off with these photos.
Last week Mrs Smyth and I finally finished off the Yearbook and we received it back from the printers. All I can say is WOW!! The quality is amazing and the colours look rich and vivid. We can’t wait to hand them out to you all later this week. Please make sure you sign up to a day to collect yours on either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Details of how to do this was sent out in an email to parents/carers last week.
Mr MacLean, Mrs Smyth and I are also close to polishing off your P7 Leavers Assembly which will take place on Thursday, 25th June at 2pm. This will take place on Teams as part of an online assembly and therefore we would love it if you could all join us.
