As you can see, Rainbow Ringo, (who is the P1/2 class monster) is having a go at designing a mascot for our competition – although his design looks suspiciously familiar…

I’ve really enjoyed seeing the brilliant designs so far and some of the explanations behind the designs are so thoughtful and poignant. (I think some of those P7s are actually TRYING to bring a tear to my eye!)

Please keep sending them throughout the holidays because I will get them all once the new term starts. Feel free to submit more than one entry.  Just like with your writing, your artwork can improve when you go back to it, look at it with fresh new eyes and edit it – it’s all part of the design process.  Or maybe a new idea will strike you that you like even more!  Just be aware that we would only select one of your designs to shortlist if you were successful.
