On Wednesday 3rd June all our P6 pupils will be invited to participate in Games@The Hub.
This is a sports festival which normally takes place each year at Forrester High School during the summer term and involves over 1000 P6 pupils from across the City of Edinburgh Council schools.

Due to school closures this year, Active Schools have kindly agreed to host the event online.
If you are a P6 pupil, you can participate in the event by joining in on our P6 year group Teams page.
Here is a brief summary of the day’s activities:
9:30am opening ceremony – link will be published here and on Teams on the day of the event
10:30am activities – choose as many different sports activities as you wish from the different events – see below for details
2pm closing ceremony – link will be published here and on Teams on the day of the event
Sharing what you have done
As you take part in the different activities, please share pictures, video or descriptions of what you have done in one of the following ways:
- Post pictures / description of what you have done onto Teams
- Email to admin@prestonstreet.edin.sch.uk
- Ask an adult to send to our Facebook account
- Ask an adult to post to Twitter @prestonstps using the hashtag #teampsp #gamesatthehub2020
If you can’t take part on Wednesday, you can try the activities today, or later in the week.
